This event is perfect for anyone of any physical type, gender, or age. The only requirement is to have the wish to discover more about yourself and to explore this unique language of relating.

THE TRAINER
Matteo Tangi is the initiator of this lineage of Playfight. His work is rooted in many years of therapeutic practice on relational, emotional and somatic levels. He supports individuals to experience a liberated and undomesticated version of themselves, aware of their conditioning and responsible for their behaviour patterns.
